Issue Description: We have received reports this morning that some users cannot access the Egress add-on in Microsoft Outlook.

Final Update: 02/07/2025 09:30:00 AM – Egress have confirmed that an update was made to their SSO configuration which has now resolved the previous issues observed with accessing the Outlook Add-In.
