Please be advised that scheduled maintenance will take place on the National Helpdesk phone system on 21/05 between 04:30 BST and 05:00 BST.

While no downtime is planned, there is a risk users could be impacted with intermittent call issues during this maintenance window.

If you experience any difficulty reaching the Helpdesk by phone during this time, please raise a ticket by emailing helpdesk@nhs.net as normal.
