Issue Description: Users may experience boot up failures for Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
More info: Users who have installed the Windows update KB 5058405 and are running Microsoft Windows 11, version 22H2 and 23H2 may be impacted and may see boot failures and blue screens. We advise our customers to refrain from installing Windows update KB 5058405 to prevent impact.

Final Update: 02/06/2025 08:55:00 AM – Microsoft have completed the deployment of the code fix to address the impact, and they have validated through a period of monitoring the service health telemetry that impact has been resolved by our actions. This issue is resolved in the out-of-band (OOB) update KB5062170 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/may-31-2025-kb5062170-os-builds-22621-5415-and-22631-5415-out-of-band-fb7ab9b6-c874-41cf-b962-c674482aa24d), which is only available via the Microsoft Update Catalog (https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5062170).
