Issue Description: Users can’t view other participants’ video feeds in Microsoft Teams meetings.

More info: Impact is specific to attendees of Microsoft Teams meetings with managed mode enabled.

Presenters aren’t affected by this issue.

Current Update: 19/05/2025 08:45:00 AM –The deployment of Microsoft’s fix is ongoing, and has saturated approximately 50 percent of the affected environment. They expect that the deployment will complete in full, resolving impact for all users, by their next scheduled communications update.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted by this event and all participants within a Microsoft Teams meetings with managed mode are affected.

Root cause: A code regression included within a recent fix resulted in impact.
