Scope of impact: : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A recent infrastructure migration introduced a misconfiguration, which has led to impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their infrastructure migration procedures to help prevent similar problems in the future.
