Current Update: 24/03/2026 09:32:00 AM– Microsoft has confirmed that their reversion of the problematic service update has completed and verified through internal monitoring that impact has been successfully remediated.

Scope of impact: Some users utilizing the RDP Shortpath (TURN) connection method to access their Cloud PC devices launched through Windows 365 may have been impacted.
