Issue Description: Users’ SharePoint Online pages may be failing to generate webparts thumbnails.

Current Update: 07/04/2025 08:51:00 AM – Microsoft have completed their reversion of the previously mentioned change that they suspected was leading to impact; however, their testing indicates that the impact is ongoing. They are proceeding with a review of the extended logging they have gathered from a reproduction of the issue to isolate a new potential root cause and identify a path to remediation.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users, who are served through the affected infrastructure, expecting thumbnails generated for webparts in SharePoint Online pages.
