Issue Description: Users” published articles may not show in the News web part within SharePoint Online sites.

More info: Impact is specific to a web part in managed property filter, within SharePoint Online sites.

Final Update: 09/04/2025 09:12:00 AM – Microsoft’s have received reports from affected users that this problem is no longer occurring. While they have been unable to determine the cause of this issue, should the issue persist, please contact one of their support representatives and they will resume their investigation.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users, who are served through the affected infrastructure, expecting thumbnails generated for webparts in SharePoint Online pages.
