Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access SharePoint Online sites and may have noticed delays or navigation errors.

Final Update: 13/07/2026 09:00:00 AM – Microsoft has identified that a section of SQL database infrastructure is performing below acceptable performance thresholds and resulting in impact. They have redirected user traffic to alternate infrastructure in attempt to restore the service.

Scope of impact: This issue impacts internal Microsoft users only.
