Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Some users are intermittently unable to open some SharePoint Online and Microsoft OneDrive lists in Microsoft Lists.

More info: Affected users can input either the “Ctrl + F5” or “Ctrl + Shift + r” keystroke to manually refresh as a temporary workaround.

Final Update: 13/06/2025 09:20:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed with a subset of users that impact was successfully remediated after their roll back of the impacting service update.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to access some SharePoint Online and OneDrive lists in Microsoft Lists may be affected.

Root cause: A recent service update introduced a regression which resulted in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their service update testing and validation procedures to identify opportunities to improve impact detection and prevent similar future occurrences.
