Issue Description: Users may be unable to share files with external recipients through SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

More info: Users may see the related shared template app pages become unresponsive for the following scenarios:
– When the report is shared through Share Link
– When the user is added as Viewer role in the workspace

A user can be added as contributor, member, or admin to circumvent impact, though this will grant additional permission to viewing user.

Final Update: 30/07/2026 08:42:00AM   Microsoft is confirmed that a recent service update exposed a regression within the Power BI service and caused the observed errors in the shared template app request flow, which resulted in impact. They have fully deployed their validated fix to the affected environments and have since confirmed that impact was successfully remediated.
