Issue Description: Some users may experience intermittent failures while performing export to PDF operations in Power BI.

More info: As a workaround, users can remove the sensitivity labels, and retry.

Final Update: 21/05/2026 09:02:00 AMMicrosoft has successfully reverted the aforementioned offending configuration change and can confirm that impact is remediated after a period of monitoring service telemetry.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users located in the United Kingdon attempting to utilize export to PDF operations in Power BI.

Root cause: A configuration change that was enabled as part of a recent standard service update is inadvertently causing impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing our feature update procedures to help prevent this problem from happening again.
