Issue Description: Some users may experience failures when attempting to create artifacts using Activator in Microsoft Fabric.

More info: When users attempt to create artifacts using Activator in Microsoft Fabric, users are returned an error message stating, “We could not read the properties of this item”.

Final Update: 28/07/2025 08:30:00 AM – While Microsoft were in the process of analyzing returned failures during artifact creation, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They’ve confirmed that the issue is no longer occurring, and they’ll continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem doesn’t happen again.

Scope of impact: Users in the south United Kingdom may experience failures when attempting to create artifacts using Activator in Microsoft Fabric, and they are returned an error stating, “We could not read the properties of this item”.
