Issue Description: Users experienced delays of up to 12 hours for email message subscriptions related to Power BI reports.
Final Update: 16/02/2026 08:43:00 AM –Microsoft were in the process of analysing service logging to isolate the source of impact, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They have confirmed that the issue is no longer occurring and they will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem doesn’t happen again.
Scope of impact: Your organisation is affected by this event, and some users who receive email subscriptions for Power BI reports were impacted.
Next steps: Microsoft are working to better understand the underlying cause of the event so that we can prevent similar issue from happening in the future, and so that we can make the service more resilient.
