Issue Description: Users experience intermittent failures importing canvas apps as a package.
Final Update: 05/06/2025 08:50:00 AM – Microsoft have have completed the update to the connection string infrastructure configuration, and following a period of monitoring service health diagnostics, they have confirmed that the issue was resolved.
Root cause: A recent access key rotation applied a configuration change to the connection string infrastructure used for importing canvas apps as a package
Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their configuration procedures to find ways to prevent this problem from happening again.
