Issue Description: Users are intermittently unable to run flows or play apps that use Excel Online connectors in Microsoft Power Apps.

Final Update: 07/05/2025 07:55:00 AM – Microsoft have deployed a configuration fix to the affected environments to increase the connection threshold and resolve the impact. After monitoring the service, they confirmed that this action successfully remediated the issue.

Root cause: A portion of the Microsoft Power Apps application infrastructure supporting an API that served the Excel Online connectors experienced a period of resource exhaustion, leading to impact.
