Issue Description: Users intermittently can’t perform copy or paste operations using keyboard shortcuts within Windows 365 Cloud PCs.

No errors are presented; the actions fail silently.
Final Update: 14/05/2026 08:35:00 AM– Microsoft has confirmed that the offending regression has been reverted through the fix deployment and service has been fully restored for all impacted users.
