Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users intermittently can’t perform copy or paste operations using keyboard shortcuts within Windows 365 Cloud PCs.

More info: While Microsoft working to remediate impact, affected users can still copy or paste using the right-click context menu.

No errors are presented; the actions fail silently.

Final Update: 14/05/2026 08:35:00 AM– Microsoft has confirmed that the offending regression has been reverted through the fix deployment and service has been fully restored for all impacted users.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted by this event, and any user performing copy or paste of the affected scenarios using keyboard shortcuts is affected.

Root cause: A recent service update contains a code regression, resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are continuing to investigate why and how this regression occurred to ensure that this impact does not recur.
