Final Update: 21/04/2026 8:33:00 AM– Microsoft has confirmed with a subset of affected users that their code fix has successfully remediated all impact as expected for this issue.

Root cause: A recent code change introduced a race condition that occurs when users attempt to move channels into folders or sections, resulting in impact.
