Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may not get email notifications for shared Power BI reports and dashboards or Microsoft Fabric artifacts.

Current Update: 28/04/2026 09:22:00 AM– Microsoft has enabled the change broadly to fully remediate impact and they have confirmed using internal telemetry data that impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect users who use Platform deep links and have opted into the Technology Adoption Program or Public Preview.

Root cause: An unexpected issue with Power BI reports and dashboards and Microsoft Fabric artifact sharing is preventing users from receiving email notifications.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing and improving our automated detection and recovery service to prevent similar issues from causing impact in the future.
