Final Update: 10/09/2026 10:29:00 AM – Microsoft has determined that a service dependency experienced elevated response times, which caused protective safeguards to activate and temporarily affect request processing. They have implemented traffic management measures to reduce demand on the affected dependency and restore normal service operation. Following ongoing monitoring and telemetry validation, they have confirmed that impact has been resolved.
