Issue Description: Users may be shown the same meeting room repeatedly when selecting ‘Add Location’ to a Microsoft Teams meeting.

More info: Users may be shown repeated meeting rooms when selecting ‘Add Location’ to a Microsoft Teams meeting from the Microsoft Teams calendar, even when the provided room is outside the building room list.

Current Update: 30/05/2025 08:15:00 AM – The deployment is ongoing; however, it’s taking longer than anticipated. Microsoft are continuing to monitor as it progresses and will provide an updated completion timeline when one becomes available.

Scope of impact: Any user may be shown the same meeting room repeatedly when selecting ”Add Location” to a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Root cause: Changes within a recent regularly scheduled service update are resulting in impact.
