Issue Description: Users may be shown the same meeting room repeatedly when selecting ‘Add Location’ to a Microsoft Teams meeting.

More info: Users may be shown repeated meeting rooms when selecting ‘Add Location’ to a Microsoft Teams meeting from the Microsoft Teams calendar, even when the provided room is outside the building room list.

Current Update: 14/05/2025 09:18:00 AM – The deployment is continuing to progress to the affected environments and Microsoft’s anticipate it will complete by Monday, May 26th

Scope of impact: Any user may be shown the same meeting room repeatedly when selecting ‘Add Location’ to a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Root cause: Changes within a recent regularly scheduled service update are resulting in impact.
