Issue Description: Users” time zone and work hours may not be appearing on their profile card in the Microsoft Teams.

Current Update: 03/04/2025 08:36:00 AM – Microsoft are continuing to review options to expedite the completion of the deployment.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to view time zone and work hours on profile cards in the Microsoft Teams desktop client may be impacted

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure in the United Kingdom.

Root cause: A recent service change designed to improve the language translation function introduced a regression that’s causing impact.
