Issue Description: Users may have been unable to join or create meetings within Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 04/11/2025 07:11:00 AM – Microsoft’s have identified that several Microsoft Teams meeting infrastructure components restarted following Operating System (OS) updates, which caused service disruption. All affected systems have been fully restored, and the issue is no longer impacting users.

Scope of impact: Some users in Europe attempting to create or join meetings in Microsoft Teams may have been impacted.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their OS update procedures to help prevent similar problems in the future.
