Issue Description: Some users may experience intermittent issues within Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 21/10/2025 08:20:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed through their service health telemetry that the impact is resolved and the service has fully recovered.

Scope of impact: Some users located in United Kingdom that are trying to utilize Microsoft Teams features may be intermittently impacted.

Root cause: A section of the service infrastructure supporting Microsoft Teams features is performing below acceptable performance thresholds, resulting in service impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are continuing to monitor the service closely to gain further insight into the issue and identify ways we can bolster the service against similar impact in the future.
