Issue Description: Some users can’t install some apps with connected agents in Microsoft Teams

Final Update: 15/12/2025 08:25:00 AM – Microsoft have reverted the offending update and confirmed with affected users that impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted by this event, and some users can’t install some apps with connected agents in Microsoft Teams.

Root cause: A recent change intended to better enforce app entitlements is causing the problem.
