Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Power Automate – Flow triggers and actions that have not been updated for 6 months will fail.

More info: As a mitigating workaround, users could manually save their flow and retry their triggers and actions.

Flows that were manually updated or created in the last 6 months are not impacted.

Current Update: 07/05/2025 09:25:00 AM – Microsoft have have completed resaving all impacted flows. Following further review of service diagnostic data, they confirmed that the issue with the expired certificate has been resolved and impact to flow triggers and actions is no longer occurring.

Root cause: The authentication certificate utilized for flow triggers and actions had expired.

Next update by: Microsoft are are reviewing their configuration procedures to reduce detection time for certificates nearing expiration and prevent this problem from happening again.
