Issue Description: Users can’t open Microsoft Intune-protected apps on their Android and iOS devices after leaving them unopened.
More info: The apps won’t open if users haven’t opened them within their Intune administrator’s Offline Grace Period.
A way to circumvent this issue is to sign out and sign back into the application with their work account.
Final Update: 24/03/2026 08:47:00 AM – Microsoft developed and deployed a code fix to address a regression from a recent service update. They monitored the environment after the deployment completed to validate that the impact is remediated.
