Issue Description: Users experienced failures when submitting agents for approval.

More info: Users will receive the error message, “Bad Request.” Impact is limited to agents submitted for approval for usage in Microsoft Teams. Admins may receive the request for approval but will experience failures when approving.

Current Status: 14/01/2026 09:00:00 AM –After our investigation, we identified that feature flag was enabled inadvertently, leading to impact. We have revered this change and are monitoring for sustained recovery.
