Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: Some users may see delays when accessing Microsoft 365 Copilot Suggested Notebooks.
Final Update: 15/04/2026 08:30:00 AM–Microsoft are in the process of analyzing the Copilot infrastructure, our system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They have confirmed that the issue is no longer occurring and they will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem doesn’t happen again.
Scope of impact: Some users accessing Copilot Suggested Notebooks may have been affected by this issue.
Root cause: An unusually large increase in requests to a portion of infrastructure that facilitates Copilot Suggested Notebook access inhibited the rate in which users’ requests were being processed, leading to impact.
Next steps: Microsoft are analyzing performance data associated with the impacted Copilot Suggested Notebook infrastructure so that we can better understand why traffic wasn’t processing efficiently to help prevent similar impact in the future
