Final Update: 26/12/2025 10:56:00 AM – Microsoft has identified a recent policy change that impacted service traffic balancing, causing a high number of requests to be sent for processing in the affected environment, which resulted in throttling.
They have reverted this policy change in one of the affected EU environments and have seen a significant improvement in service health. They are now making the same change in all of the affected environments. They expect the change to be fully reverted within the next hour.
