Issue Description: Users in the United Kingdom may be unable to access their Exchange Online mailboxes through multiple methods.

Final status: 03/08/2026 11:02:00AM – Microsoft has confirmed through ongoing monitoring of service health telemetry that all impacted features have now recovered through automatic service processes designed to maintain service health, and users can access their mailboxes through any method.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect users in the United Kingdom who are attempting to access their mailboxes through multiple connection methods in Exchange Online.

Next steps: Microsoft is continuing to analyze service health telemetry to determine what other further long-term remediations they can apply to reinforce service health and prevent similar impact from reoccurring.
