Issue Description: Users may see the incorrect version update within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams.

More info: Impact is specific to users’ admins who attempted to publish Microsoft Copilot Studio updates within the Microsoft Teams admin center through Tuesday May 5, 2026, and Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

Final Update: 25/06/2026 10:04:00 AM –Microsoft has completed the deployment of our revised fix which we anticipate has addressed impact when existing duplicate titles are present. They are reaching out to a subset of affected users to help validate that impact has been successfully remediated.

Root cause: A recent service update contains a code regression introduced after switching the source for confirming agent versions while updating this information within the Microsoft Teams admin center, which is resulting in impact.
