Issue Description: Users may be unable to see free and busy information for other users within their organization.

Final Update: 09/07/2025 08:45:00 AM – Microsoft have determined that this issue is a duplicate of another event. Please look for further updates in MO1111064.

Scope of impact: Some users located in Japan, the United Kingdom or Germany who are attempting to view free and busy information for other users within their organization on any Exchange Online connection method may be impacted.

Root cause: A portion of infrastructure responsible for portraying free and busy information for users within Exchange Online isn’t processing requests as efficiently as expected and resulting in impact.
