High Send (send.nhs.net) – Email Delays – RESOLVED

Issue Status: Resolved
Issue Description: We are aware of some emails send via the High Send (send.nhs.net) being delayed.
Current Update: 02/05/2025 10:30:00 AM– Further Optimisation has been performed on the High Send pods which was implemented on the evening of the 01/05/2025. This now completes the planned activities. The Accenture team have continued to monitor with no further issues being observed.
