Issue Description: Users experienced intermittent failures with Power Platform services using Office 365 Connector operations.

More info: Affected users received 400 or 502 error messages when attempting to use Office 365 Connector operations.

Final Update: 24/03/2025 06:03:00 AM – Microsoft’s have completed their review of the diagnostic data and identified that a portion of the Exchange Online service infrastructure, which supports the functionality of our Office 365 Connector operations, was performing below acceptable service thresholds, resulting in impact. they have routed service requests to a healthy portion of service infrastructure, and they confirmed through monitoring service health telemetry that the impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and some users attempting to utilize Power Platform services using Office 365 Connector operations were impacted.

Root cause: A portion of the Exchange Online service infrastructure that supports for functionality of our Office 365 Connector operations was performing below acceptable service thresholds, resulting in impact.

Next update by: Microsoft are continuing to monitor the affected infrastructure closely to gain further insight into the source of the underlying issue and better prevent similar impact in the future.
