Information – NHS.net Connect Portal – Yammer Connected Group Creation Issue

Issue Status: New

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby users are unable to create new Yammer Connected Groups via the NHS.net Connect Portal. Users may be presented with an error message.

Current Update: 24/03/2025 12:45:00 PM – Engineers are working on a fix for this issue. As an interim measure, please raise a ticket to helpdesk@nhs.net consisting of the following information to allow the team to create the group in the back end.

  • Name of the Yammer group to create
  • Organisation we are creating it under
  • Owner of the group

Once the group has been created, you will be able to manage your group within the NHS.net Connect Portal without issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
