Issue Description: Power BI users with gateways connected to SQL untrusted servers may experience issues.

More Info: If action isn’t taken, users may continue to experience issues updating gateway credentials.

Current Update: 20/02/2025 08:32:00 AM –Starting in February 2024, we began communicating a planned change that was implemented on January 25, 2025, where if customers did not take action, they would see gateways connected to SQL untrusted servers experiencing issues while updating the gateway credentials as Datasource status shows offline with error. Please follow the provided recommended actions to avoid service disruption.
