Issue Description: Users may experience intermittent access and functionality issues for Microsoft 365 services.

Final Update: 25/02/2025 08:37:00 AM – Following analysis of networking telemetry, Microsoft have confirmed that Microsoft 365 services are healthy. The issue is occurring outside of the Microsoft-managed environment, within a local ISP. A service incident did not actually occur.
