Issue Description: Microsoft have have been made aware of an intermittent issue when attempting to use the “Search” functionality in OWA and Outlook it returns no results and an error of “Sorry. something went wrong”
Final Update: 13/03/2025 09:19:00 AM – The Accenture team have continued to monitor the issue and have received some confirmation from users that the issue is no longer present. In addition to updates received from Microsoft regarding the rollout of the fix, we are now marking this incident as resolved.
