Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We are aware of an intermittent DNS issue due to connection exhaustion. High-Send and NHS.uk Relays may observe a delay with email delivery as requests continue to be retried by the platform.
Current Update:26/02/2025 12:22:00 PM – The deployment of the fix has been completed and the impact has been remediated.
