Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We are aware of an issue which is currently preventing end users from being able to access the NHS.net Connect Admin Portal. This issue will effect all users and will result in a 502 Bad Gateway error when trying to access the Portal. Our priority is to restore service as quickly as possible and work is urgently underway to achieve that goal.
Final Update: 16/12/2024 22:41:00 PM –Engineers have identified the cause of the issue and have made a corrective change to restore the service. The Portal is now up and running and operating in the usual way and investigations continue to determine the cause of impact. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
