Issue Description: Users may be unable to enable or disable the Events from email feature within Outlook on the web.

Current Update: 03/07/2024 08:48:00 AM – Microsoft confirmed that while a majority of users are no longer impacted by this, impact still remains. They determined that some of the affected infrastructure didn’t receive their fix to revert the problematic change to the Software Development Kit (SDK) version that conflicts with the Events in Outlook on the web. They are seeking a method to apply this change to the remaining affected infrastructure while attempted to understand why it didn’t fully propagate.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted by this event, and admins can’t utilize the eDiscovery (Premium) custodian API.

Root cause: A change of the SDK version conflicts with the Events in Outlook on the web, resulting in impact.
