Information – Email Delivery of PDF Attachments containing QR Codes

We recently identified an issue whereby emails sent to an nhs.net mailbox containing a PDF attachment with a QR code would have been incorrectly quarantined by one of the NHSmail email filtering mechanisms between April 10th and April 17th.

We have now fully resolved the issue however, If you have sent an email to an nhs.net recipient with a PDF attachment containing a QR code between the dates stated above, please consider resending the email to ensure successful delivery.
