Issue Description: Users may experience failures listing environments and accessing their environments.

More info: The following services are affected by this event:
– Power Platform admin center
– Power Apps
– Power Automate
– Copilot Studio
– Unified Service Desk
– Microsoft Teams Approval app

As a workaround, users can access their environment directly with the environment’s URL.

Final Update: 05/12/2024 10:10:00 AM – The hotfix deployment has completed, and we have confirmed through service diagnostics review that services have been restored.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
