Issue Description: Users may be unable to trigger a Power Automate flow from a canvas app.

Final Update: 19/02/2025 08:54:00 AM – Microsoft have have completed manually correcting the configuration change and, following this, confirmed via service diagnostic analysis that user impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and some users couldn”t trigger a Microsoft Power Automate flow from a canvas app if the flow wasn’t previously ran.

Root cause: A recent service update introduced a misconfiguration, which impacted a portion of the service infrastructure used to trigger flows from a canvas app.

Next steps: Microsoft are continuing to review the impacting service update to better understand the underlying root cause and determine why impact was not caught during the update testing and validation phase in order to improve their future updates and prevent similar impact from occurring.
