Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access your model-driven apps.

More info: Impacted users would have received a “chunk loading” error message.

Final Update: 17/09/2024 08:38:00 AM – Microsoft have identified an unexpected increase in failures for users accessing model-driven apps, causing degraded content delivery network performance. Whilst investigating the root cause of impact our automated recovery process had been initiated which resolved impact for users.
