NHSmail Reference: INC45891676

Microsoft Reference: MM898191

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may experience delays seeing environments in the Microsoft Power Platform admin center environment lists.

More info: This issue may impact newly created and recently updated environments. Missing environments may take up to 24 hours to reappear in environment lists and selectors.

Affected users can navigate directly to affected environments if the environment ID or URL is known.

Final Update: 01/10/2024 09:10:00 AM –  Microsoft have confirmed that the deployment of the fix completed and validated with internal monitoring that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user attempting to view newly created or recently updated environments in the Microsoft Power Platform admin center environment lists.

Root cause: A recent service update introduced a regression which caused a subset of requests related to environment listing and newly created environments to experience latency resulting in sync delays.

Next steps: Microsoft are further reviewing the service update to understand how the code regression was introduced, and to understand what prevented it from being detected in their update testing and validation procedures, which will allow us to prevent similar issues in future updates.
