Issue Status : RESOLVED

Issue Description : All users will be unable to view the ‘Works with’ section within their profile card in Microsoft Teams.

Final Update : 30/07/2024 17:04:00 PM – Microsoft are continuing to complete internal testing to ensure the underlying root cause is resolved before they begin deploying the long-term fix to the affected infrastructure.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to organizations with two or more Information Boundaries or Address Book Policies configured. This issue impacts any user within organizations that meet that criteria.

Next steps by : Microsoft will provide a notification via the Message Center once the functionality of the ”Works with” section has been fully restored.
