Issue Status : ONGOING

Issue Description : All users will be unable to view the ‘Works with’ section within their profile card in Microsoft Teams.

Current Update : 12/04/2024 13:41:00 PM – The deployment of the long-term fix is ongoing. Additionally, Microsoft are conducting extensive internal testing to verify that the root cause is resolved. Once verified, deployment to the remaining affected infrastructure will commence.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to organizations with two or more Information Boundaries or Address Book Policies configured. This issue impacts any user within organizations that meet that criteria.
