Issue Description: Users may be unable to view meetings options for some shared mailboxes in Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 07/10/2024 08:56:00 AM – Microsoft operation to deploy the previously mentioned fix is complete, and they have received confirmation from some previously affected users that impact is remediated.

Scope of impact : This issue may affect any user who attempts to view meeting options for some shared mailboxes in Microsoft Teams.

Root cause: A code regression of the meeting options feature in a recent service update is preventing the viewing of meeting options for some shared mailboxes in Microsoft Teams.

Next steps by: Microsoft are reviewing their Microsoft Teams code update procedures pertaining to the code base responsible for displaying meeting options for shared mailboxes to prevent similar future impact.
