Issue Description: Users may be unable to utilize Graph API to create or update subscriptions for multiple Microsoft Teams scenarios

More info: Impacted scenarios include, but aren’t limited to:

– /chats/getAllMembers
– /chats/allMessages
– /teams/allMessages

Existing subscriptions may expire and users may miss out on some notifications.

Final Update: 13/12/2024 08:58:00 AM – Microsoft have successfully reverted the aforementioned update and confirmed with affected users that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to any user utilizing Graph API to create or update subscriptions for multiple Microsoft Teams scenarios.

Root cause: A recent service update, introduced to address an unrelated issue, has inadvertently introduced a code regression resulting in failures when users are utilizing Graph API to create or update subscriptions for multiple Microsoft Teams scenarios.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during our development and testing cycles.
